Europharm sponsors Team Rynkeby as platinum sponsor: cycling to support seriously ill children in Europe
Riding to Paris by bike to experience the final stage of the Tour de France - this idea was at the beginning of the Team Rynkeby project, which has since grown throughout Europe, more than 20 years ago. The basic idea is as simple as it is effective: Team Rynkey cycles to support seriously ill children and their families in several European countries and at the same time to promote the health of its own employees. In the meantime, more than 2,000 hobby cyclists, accompanied by more than 530 helpers, are on the road, spread over 62 teams in 9 countries. In 2022 - not least thanks to the support of sponsors - 10.4 million euros were "cycled" in this way, which were handed over to organizations that support seriously ill children.
Europharm GmbH, Schiffweiler/Saar, will be one of the platinum sponsors in the coming 2023 season. The Europharm logo will then appear on the jerseys, support vehicles and in various advertising and online presentations.
For Europharm Managing Director Ahmad Mansour, this sponsorship is an important commitment: "We see ourselves as a supplier and partner for the pharmaceutical trade also in the service of people. Our portfolio also includes many specialty products that can help seriously ill children. Therefore, this commitment is particularly meaningful for us."
