Our first apprentice, Eduard Tsymbal, has been part of our company for a year now as a wholesale and foreign trade management assistant specializing in wholesale since September 2023.
We have also been training Anna Mansion as an office management assistant since August 2024.
Our new trainee Anna conducted an interview with Eduard in which she asked him a few personal questions about his training.

 

Anna: How do you like your apprenticeship at Europharm?
Eduard: I like my apprenticeship very much and I got on well with my colleagues straight away.

Anna: Which areas have you already worked in and which areas will you get to know?
Eduard: So far, I've worked in the warehouse and office departments.
In my further training, I will be working in accounting, marketing, project management and purchasing at Europharm GmbH, as well as in scheduling at TempTrans GmbH.

Anna: Which area of your training are you currently working on?
Eduard: My first job was in the warehouse and I learned interesting and exciting things.
I currently work in the office and process our customers' orders.

Anna: Was the decision to start an apprenticeship in wholesale and foreign trade management specializing in wholesale at Europharm a good one?
Eduard: Europharm is very diverse in terms of the respective areas of responsibility and I learn something new every day.
There is also a great community and I wouldn't want to miss the time with my colleagues.
I am very happy with my decision.
