By when must my order be received?
If we receive your order by 16:30, it will usually be delivered the following day. We always aim to deliver within 24 hours.

Is there a trade margin adjustment when purchasing via Europharm?
No. Since Europharm operates as a specialized pharmaceutical wholesaler outside the traditional wholesale system, no trade margin compensation is payable for direct purchases.

As your direct orders from Europharm are not included in the calculation of your average wholesale pack price, they do not increase your overall average - which means that, ideally, you avoid triggering a margin call. This means that your wholesale remuneration remains stable.
How does Europharm ensure delivery quality?
We have large cooling and storage capacities that guarantee stable storage at +2 to +8°C and +15 to +25 °C. Our certified logistics partners deliver reliably and GDP-compliant.
When is the Europharm team available?
Our team is available to you and your pharmacy team Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 17:00.
